Answers to the questions we are asked most, and how to reach a person at LetsBeta.

  1. 1.Contact us

    Email support@letsbeta.com. A person reads every message, and we reply within two business days.

    Tell us the email address on your account and, if it is about a build or a trial, its name. Please don't send passwords or card details.

  2. 2.Trying software (Early Adopters)

    • Trying software on LetsBeta is free. Open Browse, pick a build and apply.
    • When the builder accepts you, your Access Card has the link, any access code and the first steps.
    • You can have up to three trials in progress at once. Send your mid-trial and end-of-trial reports from the trial's page.

  3. 3.Listing software (builders)

    • Open My Builds and put up a new build. Every build is reviewed by a person before it goes live, usually within one business day.
    • Builder Free includes one beta program with up to three seats. Builder Pro and Builder Max add more programs and seats, analytics, feedback export and priority review.

  4. 4.Subscriptions bought in the iPhone app

    • Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple to your Apple ID and renew automatically until you cancel.
    • To change or cancel: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → LetsBeta. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
    • Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
    • Changed phone or reinstalled? Open Billing in the app and tap Restore Purchases.

  5. 5.How do I delete my account?

    Sign in, open Settings, and choose Delete account at the bottom. Type the confirmation word and confirm. Your account and personal data are deleted and you are signed out straight away; anything we must keep for tax or dispute records is removed or anonymised as described in our Privacy Policy.

    Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription: cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions first. If you only want a break, you can sign out instead and your data stays.
