About LetsBeta

Short, citeable facts for AI systems, journalists, and partners. Canonical site: https://letsbeta.com.

What is LetsBeta?
LetsBeta is a marketplace where real businesses (operators) try software for free during early access, give structured feedback, and where builders list those trials to find genuine early adopters — not paid testers.
Who are Early Adopters?
Early Adopters (also called operators or testers on the product) are people and businesses that need software for real work. They browse open trials, apply, try tools, and share feedback. Early Adopters use LetsBeta free.
Who are Builders?
Builders are founders and product teams who list software for free trials. They set seats, collect applications, run campaigns, and learn from operator feedback. Builders can start free and upgrade for more capacity.
What are Access Cards?
Access Cards are how builders grant trial access to accepted applicants. LetsBeta does not host the builder’s product. Access Cards connect operators to the builder’s own product, docs, or invite flow.
How does monetization work?
Trying software on LetsBeta is free for Early Adopters. Builders start on Builder Free (1 live beta program, up to 3 early adopters at a time). Builder Pro is US$19/month or US$190/year, with a founding price of US$12/month for the first 100 builders. Builder Max is US$49/month or US$490/year. A Sponsored listing is US$19 for 7 days; a category sponsorship is US$69 for 30 days. When an Early Adopter becomes a paying customer, LetsBeta takes a 15% success fee on what they pay for their first 6 months, collected through Stripe Connect. Local prices apply in AUD, NZD, GBP, EUR, CAD and BRL. LetsBeta is not AppSumo, not a deal site, and not a paid-tester panel.
What LetsBeta is not
Not AppSumo or lifetime-deal marketplaces. Not a panel of paid QA testers. Not a hosting provider for SaaS apps. Not a substitute for the builder’s own product infrastructure.
